As first time home buyers, there was a lot that we weren't familiar with. Pair this with a loan agency that was a bit off the mark and it meant we constantly came to Susi for help and advice. There were no "hard sales", Susi informed of us what was normal, how things were going, and raised the red flag if anything weird popped up during the entire process. Honestly, without Susi we probably wouldn't have gotten this house due to the shenanigans going on behind the scenes. Even after moving in (huzzah!) she still follows up with useful contacts in the local area, tips, and advice. Best neighbors/agent we could ask for!

Susi was incredible, we talked to an agent before her who didn't seem interested and we were blessed to find Susi. We looked at about 4 or 5 houses with her and she stuck with us until we found the perfect home. She was very nice to our daughter and she even went out of her way to give us a push mower that her and her boyfriend had along with a nice car and a couple gift cards. She is very knowledgeable and helpful when looking at homes, she deserves more than ten stars and I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

We found the most perfect place, and got it for asking in this insane real estate market of 2022. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for my first home. My moms house was 20 years loved and it was decorated to my mothers taste and included years of 'bricka brac" in one meeting with Susi we got an idea of how to properly stage the house for a successful showing.
